An advanced in-house quality lab equipped with calibrated instruments ensures every reel meets global standards. Each system validates strength, seal integrity, and barrier performance before dispatch — guaranteeing zero-defect quality and consistency.

Core Equipment: UTM with COF, Blister Forming & Sealing Rigs, Laboratory Oven, Stability Chambers, HVAC/AHU with Dehumidifiers, Pinhole Testers, and Vision Inspection Systems for real-time pinhole and surface defect detection.
